Does this sound familiar?

You struggle to fall asleep because your mind is racing

Despite going to bed exhausted, your mind refuses to switch off and you lie awake for hours, tossing & turning.

You wake in the early hours of the morning, unable to get back to sleep

You wake at 3am with a racing mind, thoughts spiralling and endless “what ifs” on loop in your head.

You consider yourself to be a worrier or overthinker

A bit about me…

Hi! I’m Amy, a therapist working with adults experiencing anxiety, trouble sleeping and insomnia.

Through my training, and working with clients 1:1, I’ve noticed that worry and poor sleep often go hand-in-hand.

Many people are kept awake at night by overthinking or a racing mind, and despite trying herbal teas, yoga, avoiding blue light, listening to sleep stories, and more…nothing seems to help.

I’ve created this course to introduce you to some of the evidence-based tools & strategies I share with my 1:1 therapy clients (& use myself!), so that you can ease anxiety, disrupt worry spirals and start sleeping through the night again.
