What Do I Offer?

Online Talks
Attendees will gain valuable insights, understanding and practical tools & strategies, empowering them to support their sleep for life. Talks can be between 30 minutes to one hour and example topics include: the foundations of good sleep, understanding & overcoming insomnia, managing stress, and relaxation.

A bit about me…
Hi! I’m Amy, a sleep therapist working with overwhelmed professionals who are struggling with insomnia, anxiety and stress-related trouble sleeping.
My approach combines compassionate support with actionable, evidence-based strategies, to help my clients fall asleep faster and sleep through the night.
Alongside offering 1:1 therapy, I enjoy sharing my knowledge with a wider audience, whether that’s through online talks, social media or providing resources.
I have a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and have completed further training in CBT for Insomnia and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. You can read more about my training and qualifications here.
I live in the countryside near Oxford, on the edge of the Cotswolds, and when I’m not working I enjoy playing Padel and spending time in nature exploring with my Labrador Elsa!
